About the Role

HelpGrid helps fast-growing e-commerce brands (think health & wellness, supplements, pet products, and DTC) deliver world-class customer experiences. We're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships, drive growth, and become an indispensable partner to the brands we support.

This isn't just a support-ticket role. You'll build real relationships, dig into account data to find opportunities clients haven't even thought of yet, and be the person who makes things happen.


What you'll own

  • A portfolio of e-commerce clients you'll know inside and out

  • Proactive growth strategy for your accounts, not just reactive problem-solving

  • Cross-functional collaboration to get your clients what they need, fast

What we're looking for

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (Mandatory)

  • 3+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or similar client-facing experience.

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.

  • Experience interpreting data and using metrics to guide client conversations.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
