What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the Client’s Go-To: Serve as the main point of contact for our e-commerce clients.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster trust and maintain lasting partnerships.
- Spot Revenue Opportunities: Help clients and the company maximize growth.
- Stay on Top of Things: Juggle client inquiries via email, Skype, and calls in a fast-paced setting.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot issues by diving into our systems and collaborating with other teams.
- Get to Know Clients: Listen carefully to understand their unique business needs.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Be in the know about industry shifts.
- Manage Expectations: Deliver on promises and follow through to ensure client satisfaction.
- Teamwork Wins: Collaborate with various departments to drive success.

What You Bring:
- At least 4+ years of account management experience
- 1+ year of experience in call center or BPO management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A client-focused mindset, patience, and positive attitude
- Experience with Word and Excel

Affiliate management experience is a plus!
