Do you love building strong, lasting relationships? As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our e-commerce clients, helping them thrive and grow. Your expertise will guide them to success while boosting our company’s growth!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the Client’s Go-To: Serve as the main point of contact for our e-commerce clients.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster trust and maintain lasting partnerships.
  • Spot Revenue Opportunities: Help clients and the company maximize growth.
  • Stay on Top of Things: Juggle client inquiries via email, Skype, and calls in a fast-paced setting.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot issues by diving into our systems and collaborating with other teams.
  • Get to Know Clients: Listen carefully to understand their unique business needs.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Be in the know about industry shifts.
  • Manage Expectations: Deliver on promises and follow through to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Teamwork Wins: Collaborate with various departments to drive success.
  • Exceed Expectations: Go above and beyond for both clients and the company.

What You Bring:

  • At least 4+ years of account management experience
  • 1+ year of experience in call center or BPO management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A client-focused mindset, patience, and positive attitude
  • Experience with Word and Excel
  • Affiliate management experience is a plus!
