We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader to manage a fully remote outbound sales team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving performance through data analysis, testing new initiatives, and ensuring the team operates with integrity and a collaborative spirit. You will focus on fostering a positive work environment, maximizing individual and team performance, and continuously improving sales strategies. The Department you will be working with

The Welcome Call Department engages with customers shortly after their initial purchase to enhance their overall experience and maximize value. We target two key customer segments: Upsells and Reorders.

  • Upsells: We reach out to customers who have just placed an order, offering them additional products at a competitive price and presenting complementary cross-sell products.
  • Reorders: We reconnect with customers who have already purchased a product to check on their experience, offer a convenient restock option, and introduce relevant cross-sell opportunities.




Main responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a remote outbound sales team, setting clear goals and driving performance through coaching, feedback, and daily interaction.
  • Review and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., calls, conversions, revenue, etc.), identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance and results.
  • Drive innovation by testing new sales strategies and approaches to improve team performance. Assess the success of initiatives and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Lead by example with integrity, fostering a transparent and ethical sales environment. Be a strong team player, working alongside your peers and management to ensure overall business success.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, helping them improve their sales skills and achieve both individual and team goals.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate individual and team performance. Address performance gaps through constructive feedback and development plans.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to refine processes and optimize sales strategies.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role (2-3 years), with a strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and a track record of driving team success. Call center experience is not a requirement; a solid sales background is essential.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and act on performance data to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Willingness to test new strategies, take calculated risks, and adapt to changing circumstances in order to continuously improve team performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage remote teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a remote team or a demonstrated ability to manage people virtually, ensuring team cohesion, motivation, and productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Must have verified internet service(secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs), at least 50mbps speed. And an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection.)
  • Must have a backup for both, internet and power.
