What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bring the Good Vibes: Keep interactions positive, kind, and professional—our customers should feel welcomed and valued.
• Know Your Stuff: Become a pro with our products so you can help customers with any questions they have.
• Be Quick to Help: When a customer reaches out, respond quickly and be prepared to assist.
• Fix Problems Like a Pro: If something’s not right, you’ll figure out what’s up, solve it, and make sure the customer is happy with the outcome.
• Keep Track of Stuff: You’ll keep records of customer chats, orders, and any issues that come up.
• Share Ideas: Got a tip on how we can do better? We’re all ears!
• Make Customers Happy: Go the extra mile to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
• Team Player: Step in to help as needed—teamwork makes the dream work!

What You Bring:

• 2 years of experience in a call center, preferably in customer service.
• Friendly and clear communication skills
• Ability to juggle tasks and stay organized
• A warm, welcoming attitude that puts customers at ease
• Drive and a positive mindset, or determination and a proactive spirit.
  

What We Offer:

• Full-time: 9am-5pm EST (may vary as operations work on a shift rotation)
• Work remotely from wherever you feel most comfortable
• Weekends off are not guaranteed, but we try to keep things balanced!
