Overview: We are seeking an innovative and analytical  Decision Tree Content Architect to join our dynamic outbound phone sales team. In this role, you will blend your expertise in analytics, copywriting, and UX design to create intuitive, interactive decision trees that streamline the sales process. Your work will help guide our sales agents through complex customer conversations, ensuring consistent, effective communication that maximizes conversions and enhances customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain decision trees that guide sales agents through customer interactions, ensuring logical and effective progression through sales conversations.
  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive content for decision points, ensuring that customer questions and objections are handled smoothly.
  • Use data analytics to identify patterns and optimize decision tree flows to improve conversion rates and reduce call time.
  • Work closely with sales leaders, agents, and product teams to ensure the decision trees align with sales objectives, product offerings, and customer pain points.
  • Design decision trees that provide an intuitive, seamless experience for sales agents, reducing complexity and enhancing efficiency.
  • Regularly review and update decision tree flows based on feedback, analytics, and changing business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to ensure sales agents are comfortable and proficient in using decision trees during calls.
  • Conduct ongoing testing of different decision tree structures and messaging to find the most effective strategies for driving conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience analyzing sales data and customer interactions to drive decision-making and optimize conversation flows.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive scripts that support sales agents in engaging with customers.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Insycle, Yonyx and Zingtree or other similar platforms used for building decision trees.
  • Understanding of the sales process and customer pain points, particularly in an outbound sales environment.
  • Ability to translate complex customer journeys into simple, actionable steps that help sales agents achieve their goals.
  • Familiarity with user experience design and the ability to create intuitive, easy-to-use decision tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective decision tree implementation.
  • Meticulous approach to content creation, ensuring every decision point is clear, concise, and in line with sales objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a sales-focused environment, particularly with outbound phone sales teams.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and how decision trees can integrate with CRM workflows.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing or performance analysis to optimize content and sales strategies.
