About HelpGrid

HelpGrid is a performance-driven growth partner for eCommerce brands in the health and wellness space. We specialize in abandoned cart recovery, post-sale engagement, and customer support; helping our clients recover 10–15% more revenue from existing traffic. In fact, our work drove over $35 million in additional revenue for our clients last year alone. We’re selective about who we work with, and we only get paid when we deliver results.

What started as a small but mighty support team has grown into a full-scale revenue engine—and now, a tech company. We've built custom internal tools to optimize conversations, scale faster, and deepen customer connection, and we’re turning those tools into software products powered by AI and automation.

Whether you're a closer, a creative, a builder, or a systems thinker, there's room to grow with us. We care about performance, but we care just as much about people, and we’re building a place where both can thrive.

We’re growing fast and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

Why This Role Exists

As HelpGrid evolves, so does our brand. We believe strong brands aren’t just built through advertising, they’re earned through clarity, consistency, and connection. As we grow our customer base and deepen our tech offering, we need a bold, strategic Marketing Manager who can sharpen our voice, elevate our brand, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the innovation and integrity of our work.

This role exists to bridge brand strategy and execution. You’ll lead marketing from the inside out, creating campaigns, managing content systems, and forging partnerships that tell our story powerfully. You won’t just manage posts, you’ll shape how the world sees us.

What You’ll Do

Brand Strategy & Consistency

  • Create and execute a long-term marketing strategy focused on reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Manage and grow our presence across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram with tailored, high-performing content
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, making strategic adjustments based on data and insights

Content Creation & Campaign Leadership

  • Write and edit standout content across formats such as social posts, landing pages, newsletters, and ads
  • Collaborate with designers and video creatives to bring ideas to life in compelling ways

Systems, Tools & Enablement

  • Build and maintain a complete social media SOP with templates, tools, and clear process ownership
  • Manage multiple accounts that serve different audience segments including clients, candidates, and the tech community
  • Empower internal teams to create brand-aligned content with confidence

Who You Are

You’re a confident, values-driven marketer who knows how to turn ideas into impact. You bring a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a deep understanding of how brand shapes perception; from culture to conversion. A compelling storyteller and clear communicator, you balance creativity with systems thinking and know how to scale what works. You thrive in fast-moving environments, collaborate with ease, and use tools like AI to enhance great work, not replace it.
