We are looking for a high-performing Outbound Sales Representative who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is driven by results, growth, and ownership. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2C sales experience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to follow structured scripts while confidently adapting in real-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails based on generated leads to promote, sell, upsell, and cross-sell products.

  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales calls and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

  • Understands and strives to meet or exceed call centre and sales targets, while providing a great experience to the client/caller.

  • Continuously learning about new products or services to stay up-to-date

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Sales experience in a BPO, call center, or similar high-volume sales environment

  • 1 year of Outbound call experience

  • Experience in upselling to existing and new customer is preferred

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Customer-service oriented attitude

  • Perseverance and sales endurance

  • Proficiency with computer and phone systems

  • Comfortable working in metrics-driven environments (conversion rates, CSAT, AHT, etc.)

  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Employment Type: Full Time

Hours: 9am-5pm EST (may vary as operations work on a shift rota), weekends off are not guaranteed
