Phone Sales Copywriter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Copywriter to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for crafting, testing, and revising phone sales scripts designed to drive conversions for our outbound phone sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling, high-converting phone sales scripts tailored to our target audience.
• Actively participate in the revision and optimization of scripts based on performance metrics and feedback from the sales team.
• Analyze the effectiveness of scripts through A/B testing and sales data to refine and enhance messaging.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and the challenges they face in the field, ensuring that scripts are practical and effective.
• Develop supplementary materials to help the sales team effectively implement the scripts.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales copywriting, particularly in creating phone sales scripts that have driven significant results.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, especially in phone-based selling environments.
• Ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions on script revisions.
• Driven by results and motivated to refine your work based on performance metrics.
  

Compensation:
Compensation will be tied directly to the performance of your scripts, with a competitive commission or bonus structure based on the sales they generate.
