Main responsibilities

The Product Manager you will be responsible for the development and management of our customer support solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to build innovative products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with HelpGrid’s mission and business objectives.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and updates, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and feature implementations.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, user engagement, and overall success.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product-related communication, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the product development process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or tech companies focused on customer service or support solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  • A passion for customer service and a deep understanding of the customer support industry is a plus.
