Teams have the clarity and direction needed to execute effectively.
Products continuously improve based on user feedback and measurable outcomes.
You become a trusted product partner who can independently drive meaningful initiatives forward.
2–3+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.
Experience owning product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex problems into clear, practical solutions.

Comfortable using data and insights to support product decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-changing environment.
Experience in one or more of the following environments is highly valued:
Gig economy or marketplace businesses.
Workforce management or scheduling platforms.

You should be comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, connecting the dots across different parts of the business, and turning ambiguity into action.
This role is best suited to someone who wants genuine ownership and is energized by solving difficult problems rather than simply managing a backlog.
