As the Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, creating training materials, and continuously testing new ideas to improve the sales performance of our agents. While you may not have call center experience, we’re looking for someone with strong overall sales expertise who can bring fresh perspectives and strategies to drive success. You’ll focus on improving skills, challenging the team to evolve, and ensuring the training programs align with both revenue targets and operational goals. Since 90% of our customers are in the US, a strong grasp of the US market is a real asset for this role.

Main responsibilities
- Develop and Test New Sales Strategies: Constantly experiment with new sales techniques and strategies, pushing the boundaries of current methods and optimizing performance.
- Create Training Materials: You'll work alongside an instructional designer and a training team who will help bring your ideas to life by creating high-impact training content focused on sales skills, upselling, cross-selling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for agents and team leaders, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and techniques needed to excel and push their performance.
- Continuous Innovation: Test and refine new ideas for improving agent performance, experimenting with new approaches to sales that challenge current practices and encourage growth.
- Follow-Up & Ongoing Coaching: Provide feedback and coaching after training to ensure techniques are being applied effectively and agents continue to improve.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders: Work alongside team leaders to ensure they have the necessary support and resources to help their teams meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor & Analyze Performance: Track both individual and team performance, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and refine training and sales strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with operations, quality assurance, and training teams to align new strategies and ensure the best practices are implemented.
- Reporting: Regularly report on the effectiveness of training and new sales strategies, highlighting successes and challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in overall sales, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and training programs.
- Expertise in sales techniques like upselling, cross-selling, objection handling, and closing.
- Ability to test and implement new ideas, pushing the boundaries of current sales practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive improvements and adapt strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate agents.
- Experience with sales training, even if not in a call center setting, is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales performance software is a plus.
