We are looking for elite sales professionals to join one of our highest-impact divisions, focused on recovering missed opportunities and generating new revenue through outbound outreach. This role is for top performers only: individuals who can lead a conversation, close with confidence, and turn "almost" into "converted."

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be the first point of re-engagement with high-potential leads. You will play a key role in maximizing customer value, contributing directly to the company’s growth, and driving momentum in a space where many give up too soon.

This is not an entry-level position. We are building a sales team of strategic, ambitious, and high-converting professionals who treat every call as an opportunity to win.


This is a full-time, indefinite contract position with competitive base pay, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses. Our top sellers earn over $2,000/month in commission alone. Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to reconnect with customers and recover potential lost sales.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with confidence, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Maximize each customer interaction by identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or close sales.
  • Tailor your approach to individual customer needs by listening actively and communicating clearly.
  • Follow up on warm leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle non-voice channels such as email, SMS, and support tickets to re-engage potential buyers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and use that knowledge to drive consultative selling.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to sharpen your sales skills and keep up with industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of outbound sales or call center experience (Supplement, cold calling or recovery is preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.


Employment Type and Schedule

  • Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite contract
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST
  • Days Off: Two consecutive days off per week (schedule may vary; weekends are not guaranteed)
  • Location: Remote

Technical Requirements

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position. To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Verified high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps and a reliable backup solution
  • A dedicated work area with a desk, chair, power source, and direct LAN connection
  • Backup power and internet connection in case of outages
  • Laptop or desktop computer with the following specifications:
    • Intel Core i5 processor or higher
    • At least 8 GB of RAM
    • USB headset
  • Chromebooks, tablets, and netbooks are not permitted
